Please read these terms carefully before using Schoolify.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Schoolify ("the Service"), a cloud-based school management software and ERP platform operated by Schoolify ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, school administrators, teachers, parents, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Schoolify provides cloud-based school management software including but not limited to:

  • Student Information System (SIS)
  • Fee collection and financial management
  • Attendance tracking with automated alerts
  • Examination and result management
  • School ID card and certificate generation
  • Timetable and staff management
  • Parent and student communication portal
  • Free school website builder
  • Real-time analytics and reporting

The Service is provided on a subscription basis with plans based on student count and billing period.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use Schoolify, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription and Payment

Schoolify offers the following subscription plans:

  • Starter: Up to 200 students
  • Standard: Up to 500 students
  • Professional: Up to 1,000 students
  • Enterprise: Above 1,000 students (custom pricing)

All payments are processed securely. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Schoolify to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Harvest or collect user data without consent
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain ownership of all data you upload to Schoolify. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Schoolify — including software, code, designs, logos, and documentation — are owned by Schoolify and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Service Availability and Uptime

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of scheduled maintenance in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Schoolify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
